ongoing workshop:Smart Light

Place: Technical Universtity of Denmark
Date: sep-dec 2007. Duration: 3 months.

The aim of this project is to develop a radical new innovation in the area of lightning at festival camp sites. Safety regulations prohibit open fire, so there is an unexploited opportunity to make a social tool that bring friends and strangers together, - and maybe offer exciting new ways of interacting with eachother. It is assumed that new light technologies, such as diodes, are a substantial part of the final concepts. >> go to workshop

Date: sep-dec 2006. Duration: 3 months.

Innovation and design is no longer reserved for specialized designers, but becoming an integrated part of most professionals work. In concequence there is an emerging market for creative worktools underway and with this design project we explore the opportunities that lay ahead. workshop:The Future of Printing

Place: Technical Universtity of DELFT, THE NETHERLANDS
Date: November 2005. Duration: 3 weeks.

What is going to happen to the market of professional printers when all information is digitalized? A market leading manufacturer of printers asked a group of students to look 20 years ahead in time and explore the opportunities that lay ahead. The students used context analysis, trajectory maps, scenarios, personas, day-in-a-life and many more methods to support their final proposals. >> go to workshop

workshop:Workspace 2020

Place: Technical Universtity of DELFT, THE NETHERLANDS
Date: November 2005. Duration: 3 weeks.

This workshop was setup to challenge the reductionistic approach of traditional scenario techniques and try out a more comprehensive exploration of future scenarios and opportunities. The MA industrial design students was encouraged to use rich imagery to handle the inherent complexity and fuzzyness of the assignment. >> go to workshop
